Driving drunk

by Matti   Oct 16, 2004

It was a normal Saturday night,
Who would know someone would see "the light",
It was just another night at the pool hall,
Untill we got the call,

Me and our buddies were drinking,
Making joke's and having fun,
Then his girlfriend called,
and then it became no fun,

WE told him not to go,
and that jim could drive you home,
Jim didn't drink that night,
But he didn't take the offer and instead left all alone,

He got into his car,
As we all ran outside,
We say it all happen,
And we were screaming untill then,

He took out of the parking lot,
And took a right twords "them",
The other driver was heading to the mall,
But soon it all would end,

His vision was blurey,
and he kept driving,
He was in the wrong lane,
He was frightning all of us,

Soon we heard a boom,
And thats when we ran to him,
He was dead,
and so was the woman and her two kids,

Its terrifieing to have,
that picture in your head,
YOur friend lieing dead,
With an eternal bleading head,

His girlfriend flipped out,
She thinks its all her fault,
It's effected her in ways,
That will never be forgot,

You see when you drink and drive,
It dosen't just hurt you,
It hurts all of us,
And all because of you,

Were sorry you had to go,
but we really tried to stop you,
We feel terrible this happened,
Because we all lost you.

*Don't EVER DRINK and DRIVE
