Shivers to the Core

by Broken   Oct 17, 2004

For every single mile
I die a little more
At the mere thought of you
My body shivers to the core

Pain swelling in my eyes
And I can hardly breathe
Tell me how to break away
Tell me how to make it leave

I love you so much it hurts
Corrupting my once blissful soul
But still, I hold no resent
Because of you, I feel whole

I just want you here with me
To hold you by my side
To show to this bitter world
My love I will not hide
