Silent calls to noone

by Shona   Oct 17, 2004

The tears poured from her eyes even on her last night
and still there was no one to dry them
as she lay alone on that cold floor
her vision blurring, her pulse slowing
all she wanted was one last hand to hold
one last person to tell her..
"it's alright, im here for you,
you dont have to worry, remember i love you"
but no one came to save her from herself
and she slowly slipped away
leaving behind her a trail of painful memories and broken dreams
no one to ever know the silent torment of that fragile broken soul
