Know me

by Heather Clark   Oct 17, 2004

You look at me
you see a teenager
who probably smokes weed and drinks
but what you think you see is not me
I'm so much smarter and stronger than you know.
I have my life figured out.
People like you stereotype
us;the youth of America,
You think we are a bunch of
uneducated thugs and devils.
You don't know us,
You don't know me
SO before you decide to judge me
and place as an "average teen"
Know me!

This reminded me of those commercials they play on MTV where the teenager is talking about what people think when they see them and then says no that's not me. I don't do drugs. I like this. Good.
