Devil in Disguise

by Nefarius   Oct 18, 2004

You're my Devil in Disguise
All your deeds I will despise
You're the One to be disdained
Pull you back till none remains

The error in society
Cannot just be seen in me
The greatest mistakes ever lived
Are the ones you call your gifts

Your arrogance is hurting them
That is why you shall be damned
Your blindness's causing bleeding hearts
When you play with fortune's cards

You're the one to be disdained
Pull you back till none remains
So I open closing eyes
See the Devil in Disguise

Behind your friendly mask you hide
One of seven sins is pride
Another is your greedy soul
Crushing you my final goal

To punish you my only hope
You - the real misanthrope
For now I know your tricks to trap
Simple people in a gap

So I open closing eyes
See the Devil in Disguise
Working harder hiding lies
You are all what I despise

it was once written as lyric for a punk song, but i gave up playing e-guitars...

Not bad at all mate...i can see it as a punk song as it has a very limiting and repetitive flow to it that kinda felt like listening to a harcore tune....bang bang bang bang...

But i feel where's it coming from....learn to love them bro....
