I'm sorry if I hurt you,
and that I wasn't there
I'm sorry I messed with your mind,
when I knew how much you cared.
I'm sorry for the things I've done,
and the games I use to play
But I finally realized what's in my heart
and I want you to stay.
I'm ready to grow up,
and act my mature age
I'm ready to give up my old life,
and turn over a new page.
I want a life together
I'm ready to give my all
and I'll be there to catch you,
if ever you should fall.
I'll always love you,
with every breath that I take
I know I'm doing the right thing
this can't be a mistake.
Because my life without you,
is no life at all
It'd be like...
No summer, winter, spring, or fall.
I knew the Lord had blessed me
the day you walked into my life.
From that day forward,
I knew that we would be husband and wife.
These feelings that I've endured,
are only to be shared with you
and I'm longing for the day
when we both say "I do"
