How could you fade away from me?
How could you let us break?
How could you leave me for dead?
And watch me burned at a stake?

The credits had finished rolling
And the big screen turned black
But I'm still alone in the darkness
Waiting for you to come back

But you've move on haven't you?
Loving somebody new
Holding someone else so tight
Kissing someone else goodnight
Feeling your heart begin to grow
With intoxicating emotions you didn't know

How could you break your promise?
How could you oversee?
How come you couldn't realize
How much you meant to me?
