You used to make me happy, make me smile with every word
Now you make me sad, make me cry, but you haven't even heard

You used to hold me tight, made me feel safe when I was in doubt
Now you're holding her, makes me want to cry, scream, and shout

You used to say you loved me and that you'd always care
Still you say it's true but when I need proof you're never there

Actions speak louder than words, that's what they always say
Now you're words are drowned out by you're selfish, conceited ways

If it wasn't for her, you would be with me
So I'm just you're back-up and I'm starting to see

I still remember the way I used to feel and all things you said
Now instead of smiling when I remember, I just cry alone in bed

Do you remember yet, the way we used to be
Or are the memories drowned out, and it's only her you see?

I'll keep remembering, and I'll never forget
But when you remember, I'll be done with all of it
