Ordinary Day

Today was just an ordinary day
I'm livin it my own lil way
My life is like a dream
I don't live it scheme by scheme

I know if tomorrow never comes
That today I'd just be a bum
All my life Ive been planning for this day
Just so it would turn out this way

So today I sit in my chair
And just like yesterday, I begin to stare
I stare outside into the dark of night
Just waiting till it turns to light

Tomorrow will be just an ordinary day
I'll live it my own lil way
When I see you I may just smile
And maybe I'll be happy for awhile
