Peacefull Rain

by Nothing   Oct 21, 2004

I cherish peaceful rain.
It feels this place has changed.
The slate has been wiped clean.
Everywhere is new and fresh.
The scent drifts over me.
It tells me of pristine days come.
The world is born anew.

Pureness fills the air.
No one can hurt.
No one has pain.

Slick and soothe nothing but rain.

Calm winds flow into my lungs.
I breathe un-tampered air.
Everywhere is new and fresh.
Sweet clouds kiss my cheek.
They whisper softly in my ear,
of past days like this one.

Softness fills the air.
No one can hurt.
No one has pain.
All there is, is peaceful rain.
