At the End of a Hallway

by Atahan Tolunay   Oct 21, 2004

At the end of a hallway
But still for me far away
I live within these dark walls
Where no one can hear my calls

Abandoned and left alone
Even my soul starts to groan
I would sell what’s left of me
For a key to set me free

So wrong have I lived my life
Inside myself only strife
Nothing can redeem my wrongs
All I hear are demon songs

Some deeds are never undone
Some die before they’ve begun
Their decent to the hallway
But still I am far away
