From the corner of my eye
I saw a shooting star
Although it felt so near
It truly was quiet far
I felt as though it landed in the Middle of my heart
For one time it didn't seem as Though we were so far apart
I miss your smiling face
I long for your embrace
I wish I could see you
I long to be with you
These long months
Have felt like years
My face always covered in tears
I am constantly full of many fears
I will Cherish our memories
And all the pictures I see
Of you hanging on the wall
Can't compare to your friendship For the pictures are just to small
