Moonlight Waters

by Broken Angel   Oct 24, 2004

Sleepy waters kneel at my feet,
Waters spraying, young and sweet

Rushing forth, faltering at the dune,
The sun goes down as rises the moon

Singing waters bay to the night,
Dancing, swaying in the pale moonlight

Tearing the sand, tearing my soul,
I dive into the water, cutting and cold

Loving and knowing, it hold me tight,
An end to the waters bounty, is no where in sight

Caresses and kisses, my mind involved,
The blue foaming sea holds me, as the day is dissolved

Today I dance, tomorrow I shine,
Today I smile, but tonight is mine.
