Suicide (Version 1)

by Manda   Oct 25, 2004

Haven't you ever just wanted to die,
To commit suicide?
I know you have,
But -don't worry- so have I.

You can't look me straight in the eye,
And deny,
That you've ever tried.

Now let me explain this carefully,
And you'll see,
Just how much pain it relieves.

Take a knife from the drawer,
But don't take a few seconds or more.
Go in your room and lock your door.

Lift up the sleeve of your shirt,
Don't worry this won't hurt.
Take the knife and slide it East to West,
On my count you'll push down,
But don't make a single sound.

You wouldn't want them to know,
For they wouldn't understand,
Why you were holding a knife in your hand.

As t he blood oozes from the cut,
All your pain flows out with it, but,
Make sure to hide everything,
For it reveals your pain and suffering.

I won't tell,
I promise,
And to be honest,
I think this life is Living Hell.

[This is actually the first version of my Poem Suicide. Hope you like this Poem, too.]

WOW. I really like this poem!! One thing tho...I think in the 4th stanza there may be a typo in the 3rd line. But it's great!
