I don't know the words
To describe how I feel
My heart has a wound
That will never heal

I never want to talk
About my major pain
I'll cry if I do and
If I don't I'll go insane

I bottle my emotions
And act happy
Nobody can tell
No one can see

They think I'm OK
That I'm over you
They don't see
What I really go through

I can't say my problems cuz
I don't even know myself
All I really know is
I need some major help
