scanning
blind eternities

unheeding ears
listening
deafly aware

tastless tongue
insipid
acid comments

turbulent mind
thinking
troubled thoughts

deadened nerves
revived
searing agony

decrepid heart
broken
lifeless lump

    Short verses yet highly descriptive, it almost can lead onto another story. But, yes, it definetely potrays the factors of a corpse. Well done!
