Curves

In my attempts to get over her
I really truly hurt her
I sent her an email
With my two poems Lu’s Blueprint, and Change
Now shes completely out of range
I didn’t mean to hurt
I was only trying to rid myself of emotions; desert
I meant only to show her that I was over her
After I sent it
I immediately regretted it
She insulted me
I was hurt emotionally
But I did the same
Karma is the game.
I never meant it to hurt
I meant to say “Hey I’m over you”
But I realized only after I pressed send
That of any relationship, even friend
Was at it’s utter end.
I obviously really needed a jack
So I went out to the back
When I came back in
My life grew even more thin
My mom yelled at me
Telling me I had to quit when she counted to three
That she would handcuff herself to me
And Put me in rehab
What a stab
I’m grounded this weekend
Hallows eve
How all these things come crashing down at once
I cannot conceive
Not only that, but to add to the streak
My phone is getting canceled this week
With no solace to calm my nerves
Here is where my life truly down curves.
