The childs Cry

by Kayla Sonya Dearing   Oct 27, 2004

The child's cry
Is so strong
It breaks your heart
To hear the child cry.

You're trying to figure out the right thing to do
The bruises of the child
Will never be seen.

The cry of the child
Is the heart breaking
The pain of the child
Will never go away

The cuts and Bruises
Of the child is not seen
But the cry of the child
Is heard

The child afraid of going home
Is the child who's abused
The child who's scared
is the child in need

The Child may hide
The cuts and bruises
But the child
Can not hide the tears.

The child may hide
The pain so no one can see
But the child can not hide the hope to leave

The silent cry
Of the child
Is so painful

The child
Screams for help
But no one comes

The child
Cries day and night
But no one Cares

The silent cry
Of the child
Is dangerous
And bloodthirsty

When someone come to befriend
The silent Child
Death has taken her from everything
And the child has no life left.

When the child was in need
No one came
And now the child has no life
And everyone comes.

Why wasn't anyone there
For the silent child
When she needed them

Why didn't anyone care
The child didn't hide the tears
The child didn't hide the hopes
The child just hidden the cuts and bruises

The child yelled for help
The child cried for help
No one came nor care
And now the child has no life left.

I love this. It's so sad but feels like a story that needs to be told....and I relate in my own way.....and it's just really touching......beautiful work.
