Do you know how it feels not to be aloud to eat?
Would you sneak away food in the risk of being beat?
Have you ever been so sad you couldn't cry?
Do you wake up asking God why oh why?

Have you seen your family turn against you?
Do you know how it feels to ask why they left you?
Has you ever been forced to smash your hand in the door?
Was you ever raped with a gun pressed to your head on a cold floor?

Have you ever begged for forgiveness and they said "I told you so"?
Have you ever tried to commit suicide to let all your pain go?
Have you ever thought would anyone cared if you died?
Have you ever had someone hold your mouth shut because they don't want you to cry?

Have you ever been hunted and almost killed by your ex-boyfriend?
Would you have cried because you thought it was the end?
