A girl who thought she had it all,
Began to stumble and increasingly fall
Her life until that horrible day was almost perfect
She was glad that he was the one that she picked
He made her smile when she felt she couldn't smile at all
He gently picked her up and placed her back on her wall
Then one day everything was ruined, all with just one moment
Her wall crumbled, she fell to the floor, and out the door he went
He left her there, hurt and alone, with no one left to save her
Her world followed him out, and now everything is just a blur
She can't see through all the tears she cries
Just like she could never see through all his lies
Where did he go, when will he come back, that's all she wants to know
Did he ever really love her, did he really mean all the things he said, or was it all for show
She realized he went straight to another girl, with no intention of coming back
Now her bright blue sky is fading fast into the darkest black
Even after everything she still can't understand
How could he move on so fast? He slipped away like sand
She's empty inside with nothing left for her to give
She asks herself "He was my reason, now why should I choose to live?"
She's still searching for a reason why should wanna stay
But she says "I'll find it tomorrow" so she wakes up to face another day
Another day all alone with no one right there by her side
No one to try to make her smile and erase the tears she cried
She will go on without him, everyday knowing he's happy without her
But one day she will be able to smile again and no longer will she suffer
But until that day, she'll always be sad
When she thinks of what they should've had
