I am alone in my room
Writing this for my friends and family
For them to understand
Why I had to leave
I'm sorry everyone
For taking the cowards way out
But I just only had doubt
Doubt that nothing would ever be the same
That my life was never going to get right
That my life will always be filled with hatred and fright
I'm sorry everyone
I am not here with you and instead you are receiving this note
As a token of my love
My love from up above
I'm sorry I had to leave this way
I'm sorry it had to be today
But I'm just not that strong
I could not hold on to my life for that long
I'm sorry I made you sad
And made you cry
But I promise I really did try
I tried
But I failed
And I cried
But now I am at rest
And doing what I do best
