When we broke up them months ago
i thought it was the end
i thought I'd lost the love of my life
and gained another friend
if someone was to tell me
that what has happened now would come
I'd simply laugh right in there face
and say that they were dumb
but last night when i was with you
and i left you to go home
and you kissed me goodbye
i suddenly felt so warm
i could tell by the way you acted
that you felt the same
