The Pressure

by Some Random Human   Nov 2, 2004

I've felt the pain, I've felt the pressure,
I've done it worse, I've done it better,
nothing left for me to say,
I wish I could find my way,
my heart has grown cold,
and my mind seems so old,

I've felt the pain, I've felt the pressure,
I've done it worse, I've done it better,
living life the way I do,
is this cancer or the flu,
wishing for this time to change,
being me can be so strange,

I've felt the pain, I've felt the pressure,
I've done it worse, I've done it better,
trying to help you but to no prevail,
is this Earth or is this Hell,
I'm not sure if I can continue,
I think I need a new venue,

I've felt the pain, I've felt the pressure,
I've done it worse, I've done it better,
running out of time on earth,
is it death or rebirth,
crying tears of blood from this pain,
my bloody tear drops turn into rain,

I've felt the pain, I've felt the pressure,
I've done it worse, I've done it better,
this is the end there's nothing more,
as I lay here on the blood stained floor,
death surrounds us day by day,
the color's gone now it's all gray,

I've felt the pain, I've felt the pressure,
I've done it worse, I've done it better.
