An amazingly romantic winter night

I love the cold,
The frozen wonderland of our great state;
Holding gloved hands and kissing frosted lips,
It will be an amazing excursion that we will create.

Trying our best to stay vertical on a frozen lake,
Laughing and whooping, like a couple of crazy kids;
Nothing could take away this tingling sensation from us,
The troublesome problems have all been hid.

I want to build a snowman with you,
I want to get into a snowball fight too!
I will chase you and tumble into the powder...
And thrash our arms and legs and make a pair of snow angels with you.

We have fallen, and I don't mean into the snow,
Our hearts jackhammering as we hold each other so tight,
Cuddling on the frozen earth, staring at the crystal-clear winter sky,
It's something I have foreseen...an amazingly romantic winter night!
