Your Life, Your Choice

by marilyn marti   Nov 3, 2004

Come out from your little shell
If they don't want you they can go to hell

Don't let your worst get the best of you
No matter how much pain your going through

If no one cares, let it be
Be who you are, always believe

Don't cut your wrists because of pain
Don't believe what they say, their all the same

Play the game by all the rules
Never back down whatever you do

Climb the mountain till you reach the top
The ones left behind are the ones that can rot

Be the hero, conquer all
Don't give up when you reach the wall

Close your eyes when you are scared
Think of God cause he is there

Spit the fire stuck inside
Never stop in the middle of the ride

I write this poem to you because I care
I know that life can at times be unfair

So listen to my words and try to understand
You make your decisions, you make your plan

Don't be fooled by the monsters outside
It's your choice so go decide.
