Nothing seemed right
As she waved goodbye
Her heart-breaking smile
Was enough to make someone start to cry
Cause we all knew she was dyeing
There was nothing we could do
Just see more and more cuts
A tear rolled down her cheek
As she left school that day
Nobody could feel her pain
They didn’t know what she went through
That night of the accident
It changed her life
Her best friend was gone
And it was all her fault
Drinking and driving
Not a good idea
She released that when she sat down at the wheel.
They were wasted
And she just couldn’t back down
As the car slipped from her control
Blackness took over her mind
After that she was mindless
In the horrible tragedy
That took place that night
She will never be able to forgive herself
The memory will never leave her
What happened the night her best friend died.
