4 More Years...

With the push of a button
and the count of a score
Americas fate was doomed
for 4 years more
Blind, scared, left behind?
Why couldn't these voters see
that the killer they endorse
who shows no remorse
is the thing that we need to defeat?
He manipulates us, contemplates upper class tax cuts
and speaks utter deceit
100,000 innocent Iraqis DEAD
Our own men gettin blown up in Baghdad
Someone please help, this is a code red
I always hear them say
"Kerry can't help us anyway."
well Kerry wouldn't wreck havoc on this soil
Kerry wouldn't have put us after oil
He wouldn't send kids overseas
to die on a lie
and make broken families
Bush- a liar, a killer, a fake and a cheat
soon enough America the Beautiful
is gonna be a memory
basically
can't you see?
Bush can't heal this country.

Let me hear you say it
BUSH!!
What is he good for?
Absolutely nothin'!!!

Now if patriotism has to do with
conservatism, capitalism and terrorism
that really sucks
I guess I'm no patriot

    i loved your poem. you are so right. i hate him for so many reasons especially for starting this fight. there is no reason to be out on their land but i guess its all bushes fault and those who voted again. my boyfriend left june 21 to iraq i havent heard from him since he left. keep up the good work. ypur poem was really good check mine out and let me knoe wat you think

    An interesting poem. It's always an eye-opener when someone states their opinion that is so far from your own.. but nevertheless, this was a well structured poem and written very well.

    My brother might have to go to war because of the draft that Bush said he wouldn't put out but most likely will. We are over there dying for no reason. Just getting picked off. It has to be the biggest mistake ever.
