Now

You drive me wild
Never before have you smiled
With your eyes so bright
Sparkling in the light
Never before have you gazed at me
So deeply
As if trying to see the bottom of the sea
This feeling you ask why?
To tell you what it is, I’m not going to try
What do you think of it?
Do you think the feeling fit?
We are in a bubble
And it seems we’ve climbed out of the rubble
that relationship put us through
Your slight perfume still lingers
On my clothes and the tips of my fingers
In my mind I find your face
With its newfound light, and forever grace
My heart thumps, my pulse pumps
Like a storm over an ocean
So much commotion
When I touch your skin
Its like indulging in utter sin
Looking in to your eyes
I forever fall though the sky
With the clouds of your shapely hands
Keeping me comforted throughout my journey
Lost in your person
Spellbound in your kiss
The clashing of embracing lips
A tempting tornado of fixation
Thrown around and around
Until one’s breath isn’t to be found
Never before have I
Before is no more
Now
