Mommy and Daddy I miss you so much,
I miss your laugh, your smile, your loving touch.
You both were taken before your time,
Life without you is a crime.

Daddy you were taken when I was just ten,
You were one of only a few great men.
You won’t be here to walk me down the isle,
You’ll never get to hold my first-born child.

Mommy you were taken in my fifteenth year,
On that day there were so many tears.
You weren’t here to see my sweet sixteen,
Nor to see me finally reach eighteen.

You are both missed more then you know,
More then most dare to show.
So many things you won’t get to see,
So many places you won’t get to be.

Many nights I have cried,
And replayed the days that you died.
One day our family will be back together,
And we’ll get to stay like that ‘till forever.
