Because you didnt know

by MelindaJoy   Nov 6, 2004

A little girl
Alone in this world
Everyone around her
Is a blur

She stands on the wall
Not feeling so tall
Hoping someone
Can hear her silent cries

She tries so hard
To please everyone
And tones down her
Silent night

The night of fright
That will end up
In a fight
As she tries with all her might

Not to hear cry’s of many
Her mom flies
Cause she is always high
And tight up

In her own life
She doesn’t know her own daughter
While her fragile bones
Are broken in her mind

She feels alone
So is so unknown
No one knows her
No one wants too

Her dad is in prison
She was never raised right
She which she never had a light
The light of her life

It was never a light in the first place
She was such a disgrace
No one wanted to know her face
They called her

The traced girl
The one that would make you hurl
With that Twirled
Ungromed hair

Her whole life was despair
No one can help her
She shredded a tear
The only thing to do was a dare

To put up with this unhappy life
That hurts her worse
Then thousands of knifes
Tearing her heart up

Like it was no big deal
She could never heal
But they picked on her and teased her
Like she could not feel

They don’t know what its like
To have her life
So why would they care
Unless they lived it
