Addicted II

by My Obsεssion   Nov 7, 2004

“It was just a couple of drinks,” you say
“It is no different than any other night”
So when the bartender asks if you need a ride
You sloppily reply that you will be all right
You were in no condition to drive though
It was more like eight rounds of beer you did partake
Your driving’s impaired, you swerved all over your lane
And when you saw the pedestrian ahead you didn’t even brake
That pedestrian didn’t even stand the slightest chance
The impact alone was enough to automatically kill him
All your frequent times of drunk driving before had been lucky
But this time it’s become manslaughter, you’re outlook is grim
You’ve committed two horrible crimes
Of which you’re sure to be indicted
And you realize, though, it’s much too late
That you’ve become addicted

**I\'ve finally come out with a second part, for anyone that\'s read the first I\'m sorry it took so long...I might come out with a third sometime eventually. Constructive critisism always appreciated**
