My first kiss...

Do you remember
our first kiss?
Do you remember,
how the first time you kinda missed?

Do you remember,
how I couldn't help but laugh.
Can you recall...
we didn't really know
what we were doing at all.

I remember...
how you kind of slobbered my face.
And I remember...
thinking
maybe this was a mistake.
I remember,
how I was so afraid,
that after that
It would be our last date.

I remember,
how you wanted to try It again...
and I remember thinking...
this time it's not so bad.
And eagerly waiting for the next
kiss we'd have.

I remember,
later that night.
My best friend,
was wondering If i'd be alright.
I kind of freaked out,
I will admit.
Because you see...
that was my first kiss.
