Two become one

by BlackRose   Nov 9, 2004

When we are together
i love you
when we are apart
i miss you

but tonight is different
i give you
all that i am
i am yours

the work i do
all for you
what i need now
you and i

i carress you softly
you cry out
press our mouths together
kissing you deeply

what do you want
i ask you
you can not answer
with your pleasure

the jungle of sheets
we are lost
we want no help
not be found

as two become one
sweat drips down
as two become one
we are one

alone we are good
seperate but paired
together we are great
one at last

never stop loving me
i love you
never stop loving you
you love me

we struggle against nothing
intertwined and interlaced
excitement peaks, we rest
we hold eachother

I'm sorry... I really hate the heading to this poem, it reminds me too much of a song by the Spice Girls... but other than that...
I've noticed through your poems that you have stanzas with repetitive words that create the image and what you're writing about. Well done.
