Little girl
scary kid
there is no innocence
beneath your eyelids

Lions hunger less than you
Kings and Queens ask less
there's more to you
than a pretty dress

I'm a man of many years
I've been in battle
tasted loves tears
but there's something about
you're prying eyes
that brings to feeling
hidden fears
