You're not alone....We do these things to ourselves because we are human. We aren't any different from anyone else except that we can't cope as easily with our problems. We cover our real selves so no one will see the pain that sometimes engulfs our lives. Okay that probably made no sense whatsoever but hopefully you know what I meant lol...Anyway great poem!
