You Will Never Know

by Jacklyn   Nov 9, 2004

The fact is that I like you,
More then you know,
The fact is that I like you,
More then I let show,
I don’t ever tell,
Because I’m afraid to be hurt,
Too many past relationships,
Have scared my now lonely heart,
We barely talk,
But this secret I hold.
I know you have a girlfriend,
Which triggers jealousy and anger in me,
But I learn to deal,
With the fact that if you like her,
Then you probably will never like me,
She’s a ***** to me, ignoring me completely,
But I never fight her, cause I don’t want her to make you hate me,
So I sit on the sideline,
Holding secrets waiting to be told,
But until then you will never know.
