New beginnings

I couldn't believe we were so close to good-bye,
it made me cry.
i got scared and i closed my heart,
i didn't want to listen to another word
I wanted to sit with blinders on,
where i wouldn't feel how hurt you have become.

you mean more to me then i let you know,
i need to tell you how I love you so!
maybe with this poem, i can get the courage.
to open my heart and pour my soul.

When i am near you, life can't get better
when your not there,
I can't stop dreaming that your here.
How you drown my sorrows within your melody,
making me feel i can accomplish anything.

I don't get to tell you, your my everything
i should say so tomorrow,
As soon as i see you i will confess what i feel.
its hard to express in words, what you mean.
But i hope this was a good start
of a new beginning
