Lost

Pain so deep
feeling so bad
can't take much more
missing all i had

feels like cuts
stings like bites
incredibly painful
ending my life

blood flowing freely
slowly losing air
gradually fading
can't say i care

just can't think
of anything
mind all muddled
then blank and nothing

tried to think
tried to talk
tried to sleep
tried to walk

but nothing works
still feel the pain
starting to think
will always remain

why don't i care
what had to change
numbly try to think
but way out of range
