No Tomorrow

by Jessica   Nov 10, 2004

She cries and decides
There will be no tomorrow,
No one understands her pain
No one feels her sorrow.

She wonders to herself
"Will they miss me? Do they care?"
She thinks this as
Into the blade she stares.

The first cut is always
The hardest to overcome,
But she continues to cut
Till she begins to feel numb.

The blood is dripping fast
Her old scars it surrounds,
She went too deep, she feels weak
And falls to the ground.

Now she knows for sure
There is no tomorrow for her,
She feels dizzy, she can't breathe
As the world becomes a blur.

"Goodbye cruel world
I'm sorry I wasn't strong,
I give up! You win!
This is where I belong."

Now don't you dare cry
You were pushing me from day one,
I hope you feel bad and understand
What your selfishness has done.
