This is also a great poem. Emotional, and captures the knock on effect (for loss of a better phrase) of the death of your Grandpa. I recently lost mine, and my mum went through the same stages...although I can't help feeling that your mum's sadness runs deeper than this? Let me know if I'm wrong yeah?
