Help me stop

Lying there next to me,
it's hard to resist,
the temptation to take this blade,
and put it to my wrist.
I know it's bad,
I know its's wrong,
I know that doing it,
won't help me find
where I belong.
Help me brake this habit,
Please, help me to stop,
help me to instead of using this knife,
just learn to let it drop.
I can't do it on my own,
I really want to stop,
but won't be able to do it all alone.
