Get out of the trap

by !*!Zoe!*!   Nov 11, 2004

What are you doing?
Don’t justify your dreams,
Just follow them,
And rip out the seams,
Of the tight tiny stitches,
Sewn by your mom,
And the memories
Of happiness long gone.
Do what you want,
Don’t think about quitting,
Don’t even stop your
Anger from remitting.
Think of the endless
Possibilities you have,
Think of the depression,
That you wish to halve.
Don’t think of the joy,
That you’ve never had,
Think of the happy times,
No longer the sad.
Frolic in a meadow,
Dance among some daisies,
Forget about the fact,
That people think you’re crazy.
You can have relationships,
You know how to love,
You just have no one to share it with,
No one fits your glove.
You have just one friend,
If you can call it that,
It’s just your ADSL,
That permits you to chat
To people you don’t know,
About things you don’t like,
I mean, who cares about,
The French people’s strike?
So, break free from the rope
That now binds you down,
Tear apart the you reputation,
In your tiny town.
