My Dad Is Dead

Sometimes I wish I were dead,
Sometimes I wish I were with u instead.

I felt like nobody cared,
The day I realized that you were not there.

I felt lonely,
I felt sad,
The day I knew,
I would never see my dad.

I felt sad when my dad had died, even though I was really young.

    no, nobody will know how it feels to be me. and to raven lynn its not the same because she met her dad, i never did, he died before i was born.

    Wow. That was a really good poem. My really good friend recently died, and so did my best friends father, so I kind of understand what your going through, Im sorry.

    well i want to write back to all your comments. My dad died before I was born like 3 months before I was born. But when I was small I used to think that he just lived somewhere else. But one day I asked my mom and she said that he had died. The poem is based on how I felt when she told me that.
