Division

by Daniel Mulvany   Nov 12, 2004

My mind can't erase what my heart wont reveal,
As the rest of my world seems now perfectly still.
Am I left to sit here with the world to revolve,
Around unbearable pains that don't cease, nor resolve?
These thoughts are now eating away at my mind,
We cannot be; we in no way fit by design.
But, somehow, no matter what I decide,
The answer does nothing but, my heart, divide.
