Screw Society

by Johnny Marlin 2   Nov 12, 2004

I Take a Walk
In the Rain
It Always Seems
To Ease the Pain

In Constant Struggle
I Push Forward
But What is It
I'm Pushing Torward

I've Accepted Depression
As A Lifelong Mood
Because Society
Is Increasingly Crude

If You Only Do Things
The Way They Want
Your Life Is To Guided
Not As Important

But If You Rebel
And Do Want You Choose
Why Do They Care?
What Will They Lose?

And Why Do I Care
What They Say?
It's My Life
I'll Do It My Way

My Parents Disowned Me
When I Dropped Out of School
But Come To Think of It
Who Was the Fool

I Do Things My Way
From Beginning To End
Why Is That So Hard
To Comprehend
