    Wow, I think this poem is very well written and it flowed very well. I read some of your other work, as well, and you are a great writer. This poem, is very touching and sweet. However, is it true about you or someone you know getting kicked out right before graduation? If so, I'm sorry. But very well done. :]

    well i didn't join the army but i joined the navy and i got kicked out :( i was never patriotic or anything and people don't understand its a different life the military and then the civilians....I got kicked out though :( only I still cry wanting to take it all back it was always something i wanted from the time i was a little girl in school writing about what do you want to be when you grow up?....mine was always i want to be in the military...Sad But oh well enought w/ my life lol...The poem was really good and as you can see i could deff...realate to it! Great Job Jason

    Yes, this is a true strory, Janueary 2, 2003 I departed to Fort Jackson, SC. March 23, 2003 they sent me home.

    Great Poem! Both of my brother's are in the Air Force(one is in Korea and the other in Missouri). When I read this poem and my brother's were in thought...i just began to cry! Beautiful words!~God Bless
