Questions...

by Molly Elizabeth   Nov 13, 2004

It didn't seem over,
It didn't seem worth the fall.
She waited in relentless sadness
for an apoligetic, loving call.

She asked so many questions
they were often left unanswered.
In her heart she searched
to find a reason why...
but his frustrated answers,
only made her cry.

She lay awake
and lonely in her bed.
She had so many thoughts
She'd left regrettably left unsaid.
She questioned her faith...
she questioned her life...
she even considered using the knife!
