Dreaming of Dying

by kel   Nov 13, 2004

The only time she was happy,
Was when she was dreaming of dying
She sunk into depression
Anorexia took a firm grip
Drowning from the poisonous words
She cut and cut again
But not deep enough to die,
Just enough to kill the pain
This is the end, the end of the beginning,
She announced she didn’t have any more strength
Her Eyes are open, but spirit's dead.
Until her soul finally died
Wrapped in a blanket of darkness.
