You

by Ð맆îñ¥   Nov 13, 2004

I used to be so lonely
It was you who came to me.
What the hell happened?
You used to love me.

Hours, days, weeks, months
They all passed in a blur.
You whispered sweet nothings.
How happy we both were.

You changed slowly but surely.
Your love turned to hate.
You went out more and got so drunk
And slept over with your ‘mate’.

You shouted and pushed and screamed.
Your behaviour was making me mad.
How could you change so much?
And then I went from mad to sad.

And then this, your new life.
Ten years for abduction
What is it you’ve become?
Once love, now destruction.
