You Guys

by sarah jenkins   Nov 14, 2004

If you look deep inside, then you will see
Something more, than just plain me,
You'll see a girl, with hopes and dreams,
that knows what she wants, no matter how hard it may seem,
She knows when to stop, and knows when to go,
She knows how to tell, and she knows how to show,
I'm not like everyone else, makes me out to be,
But i guess only a few people, can really see,
No one knows, what Ive went through,
of course why would they, all you guys talk about is you,
But I'm not like you, I'm not mean and rude,
I'm not hateful to people, and I'm defiantly not crude,
I bet you guys didn't know, that i actually write,
but i mean come on guys, you don't think I'm that bright,
And since you guys don't care, about anything i say,
Ill hang out with real friends, and write through the day,
Ill tell secrets to people, that actually do care,
Even if you say, oh Sarah, thats not very fare,
But i don't care what you think, not one little bit,
because i have people that love me, and wont treat me like sh*t.

* I would really like it, if some of you guys would vote, or add comments, to let me know what you think of me, or if you have any suggestions!*

You manage to say a great deal about yourself honestly and poetically, with angst and annoyance, and, in the end, more than a little defiant. Nice job.
